Education
Dr. Matt Jordan holds a PhD in Medical Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology with a specialization in neuromuscular physiology. Matt’s research focuses on neuromuscular adaptations to strength and power training, with a focus on athletes who have suffered traumatic knee injuries.
More than 30 Olympic Medallists and Professional Teams
Over his career, Matt was the personal strength coach to 30 World and Olympic medalists, and has worked with elite athletes in many sports including speed skating, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, biathlon, hockey, football, volleyball and mixed martial arts. Matt has also consulted with professional sport teams in the NHL, NFL, NBA and MLB.

One of Matt’s passions is providing mentorship and educational opportunities for sport practitioners and transferring his training methods/research to professional sports organizations to optimize athlete performance.
